I'm 23 years old from the Bay Area of California. I completed a Bachelor's in psychology in 2024 at Whitman College in Washington, working on research projects with professors there focusing on Attentional Boost Effect, reducing victim blaming for Intimate Partner Violence, and completing a thesis with a partner focusing on how emotional valence of information affects the formation of false memory of fake news.

After graduating, I moved to Utah and worked at Serenity Health as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technician, where I helped patients with treatment-resistant depression set goals and activate positivity and gratitude-focused thinking during their TMS treatment. I also helped to train new technicians from sites across the country and got specially certified to work with patients undergoing treatment for PTSD.

I am now a first-year graduate student working under Dr. Michael Larson's mentorship to earn a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. My long-term clinical goal is to become a competent neuropsychological assessor, focusing on autism learning disabilities, and ADHD. In his lab I plan to assist with ongoing studies and begin new projects focusing on HRV-B (heart rate variability biofeedback) interventions and ADHD.
